Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs

  • 105ml Oil

  • 150ml Water

  • Salted caramel (28g)

  • 1 Pack of Oreos (154g)

  • Red velvet cake mix


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/356°F/Gas Mark 4 and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Roughly chop the Oreos and set them aside. In a medium mixing bowl, add the cake mix. Then, pour all the wet ingredients into the same bowl. Mix until they are combined.

  3. Gently fold the chopped Oreos into the mixture using a spatula, ensuring they are distributed evenly.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Drizzle the salted caramel sauce over the batter. Use a skewer stick or a butter knife to make little swirls with the sauce, ensuring it is throughout the batter.

  5. Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes.

  6. To check if the brownies are done, insert a toothpick into the centre. If it comes out clean or with just a few crumbs, they are ready.

  7. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting and serving.
